Welcome to Sudo Tech!

sudo (/ˈsuːduː/ or /ˈsuːdoʊ/) is a program for Unix-like computer operating systems that allows users to run programs with the security privileges of another user, by default the superuser.

This blog's main purpose is to post helpful information about new or upcoming technology. My main focus will be gadgets such as smartphones, but I will also explore computers, the Internet, security, and more. More in-depth posts for more technologically advanced users will be present, including tutorials for rooting some Android devices and customizing using root.

As for who's writing this, I'm Jack! I've been interested in phones and technology for as long as I can remember. I've been through at least four smartphones, three computers, and the majority of my life consists of the Internet. I'm that "tech guy!"
